Raising Compassion

“Today let us raise our levels of compassion. We remember that when a sister or brother is angry, judgmental, or hurtful, they are simply in pain and projecting/releasing it in the “best” way they currently know how. In fact they carry so much pain within that it is boiling over onto us. Would you not have compassion for someone, anyone who is boiling in pain? Anger, judgment, and hurt all have a lack of self-worth/ the thought that “I am not enough” as their foundation. Today let us remember for them that we are always enough exactly as we are! Let us remember that when our sisters and brothers are angry, judgmental, or hurtful, they are simply saying that they think they are worthless. What would you say to a friend who tells you that they think they are worthless? Ask your heart to answer this question for you, and then today do as it has asked.” ~ James Blanchard Cisneros
